Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer shipping only in Canada and United States.  Transactions will be processed 24-48 hours of receipt of order.  All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. HST will be applied to all shipping charges. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.  The estimated arrival or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Delivery dates are indicated as accurately as possible, but are subject to variations due to availability and transportation methods. Items may be delivered in separate packages and/or arrive on separate dates. Late deliveries do not render SUYON Collection accountable for the payment of damages, nor permit the cancellation in whole or in part of pending orders. Refused deliveries will be returned to our warehouse. It may take up to forty-five (45) days for the refused items to be identified as refused and processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to SUYON Collection due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost

Shipment Tracking. To monitor the processing and shipment of the order, the Customer shall log into the Customer’s account on the Site.
